Refund Policy

However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the service delivered does not meet the specifications outlined in the agreement or contract.
  • If the project has not been initiated and no work has been delivered.
  • If there are technical issues caused by us that prevent the successful completion of the project, and the issue cannot be resolved.

Refunds will not be applicable under these conditions:

  • If the client changes their mind after the project has been initiated or work has started.
  • If delays are caused by the client, such as late approvals, unresponsiveness, or failure to provide necessary information.
  • If the project is completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.
  • For services involving third-party tools or platforms, such as hosting or domain purchases, which are beyond our control.
  • For customized services where work has already been fully or partially delivered.

Refund Process

  1. To request a refund, clients must contact us at support@weboddo.com within 14 days of service delivery.
  2. The refund request should include the invoice number, order details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will evaluate the request and respond within 7 business days.

Refund Approval and Processing

  • If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • In the case of partial delivery, a proportional refund may be issued based on the work completed.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued only after a thorough review of the project and the client’s claims.
  • For any issues regarding the quality or scope of the project, Web Oddo reserves the right to attempt resolution before issuing a refund.
